Discussió:Comparatiu Spanyol Catala

Please state the reasons why this shoudl go to wiktionary, the purpose is not to translate, the purpose is to show how different the languages are, and dictionaries are not for that. Why is this wrong? el comentari anterior sense signar és fet per 204.176.13.6 (discussió)..

Hello. The wikisources projects are not designed to contain information done by the users, but translations; I mean, they are intended to contain texts, documents, books, magazines published elsewhere and that are in Public Domain; basically old or very old texts (more than 100 years is an approachment). I add a link to what Wikisources should contain from the english version, which should not differ from the other ones: en:Wikisource:What is Wikisource?. Look that "Comparatiu Spanyol Catala" could be included in "2. Original writings by a contributor to the project", or perhaps "3. Mathematical data, formulas, and tables", which are expressly excluded.
This information, if accurate (and has got visible errors of orthography -like my english;)- could be used to enrich the wiktionaries, but in a word by word way.
There could be another possibility if the information come from a published and Public Domain dictionary, like the incomplete Diccionari Català-Castellà & Castellà-Català (1914), but this is not the case because I think it comes from a personal web page.
I also would suggest to ask at Wikibooks or perhaps Wikiversity if this information is suitable (I am not used to this two projects).
Or if none of these admit such information, perhaps there is a not Wikimedia project suitable for it.
Any other comments are welcome. -Aleator (disc.) 02:06, 21 ag 2007 (CEST)
Not suitable for Wikibooks. Look at b:en:Wikibooks:Staff_lounge/New#Suitable_for_en:Wikibooks?. -Aleator (disc.) 02:49, 21 ag 2007 (CEST)
